I have a 16 server Xenapp 6.5 farm running on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit. I don't want the users to save to the C:\ drive of the application server. How can I accomplish this?

you could map the client local drive.

To enable legacy client drive mapping on XenApp 6 and XenApp 6.5, the following registry key must be set on the server:
Caution! This procedure requires you to edit the registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of the Registry Editor can be solved. Use the Registry Editor at your own risk. Back up the registry before you edit it.

Create this registry key if it does not exist:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\UncLinks
Under the key, create a DWORD UNCEnabled.

Set the value of UNCEnabled to 0.
