Stop TM From Showing Certain Ports

Does anyone know of a way to stop TM from showing certain ports? Like CallPilot, Lineside T1's, MerMail ports. When I need to do a global change I then need to remove these ports manually or create a custom advanced search.

You could remove all the phones from you TM (Global change Sync Status to NEW then delete). Then Setup you retrieve instead of retrieve all specify the TN range(s) to Retrieve. You may need to add several retrieves in the sync tasks for this.

Other than that when you want to do a global change you search on sets by type listing say all you 1120's then select all the listed sets and set up you global change.
