Hotel Front Desk – a console and two 2616’s.

Call comes into Console from DID main number 3100 or 0 (operator).

After 3 or 4 rings CFNA to x1411, which are the two 2616 sets. After 3 or 4 more rings, the call gets bounced back to the console, and so on, and so on, until the caller gives up and goes to a holiday inn.

We want to make a change so after the call CFNA to x1411 it CFNA to a third number, x1415 where it gets 2 rings then voicemail.

I have printed the TN blocks on the two 2616’s Front Desk East and Front Desk West.
AFAICT, they hunt to x5099, which is an MCDN that goes to the console.
If I set both sets to hunt to 1416, and set CLS SFD to SFA, I think this should work.

I am asking for assisitance, feedback , and or constructive criticism as to whether this will work please?
Normally I would stumble around to figure it out, but this the front desk so I want to be swift and decisive causing minimal downtime.

You might also want to print off and post your RDR settings from LD 21. The reason is that there are global forwarding settings that could over ride the extension forwarding on DID and Attendant calls.

Also your RCO settings are 0, 1 or 2 for your extensions and they are the number of calls before transferring and these are also found under the RDR settings.

In that last part Firebird meant that they are the number of ringing cycles before the calls transfer.
