Stop Task list from showing up.

I have upgraded to 9 from 8 and now when anyone logs into the db is shows the Task List and 1 task show for Customer Experience Improvement Program. I have deleted, removed occurences, and completed the task and it still comes back.

An update when you double click the task it brings up the task. On the task select 'Name:' in the lower left hand corner of the task. Then select No to participate and the task finally goes away.

But does anyone know how to update this in the tables?

This task entry will be added back everytime you log into v9.0 until you actually answer it.

Go to Help >> Customer Feedback Options and answer the question. Once it is answered, you can delete the task and it will stop coming back.
