Stop Sub report after reading 1st record

Hi,

Is there any way to get a subreport to stop executing after the first record is found.

I have a main report that lists batches in a scanning system
and also produces figures for the number of pages manually keyed in each batch. This figure comes from a differenct source and there may be duplicate records - however I only want the first row returned and not any others.

Group the sub-report by 'number of pages' field and suppress the detail section.

 

[crystalreporting]

Suppress the detail section if RecordNumber is greater than 1.
