I have several users who left the company...their accounts long disabled. Is there a way to stop the daily spamming to their accounts, so that Inbound Notifacation Errors stopping showing up in the admistrative / my mailbox as Inbound Notification Errors?
Get a program like Mail Essentials or MIMEsweeper. You'll be able to save yourself alot of trouble down the road and have good filtering software. I've not seen anything in Exchange that'll do what I needed or what others want.
Send all undelivered stuff to yourself and then setup rules for them to reply with unsubscribe (or read it and unsubscribe for yourself). It doesn't take long to get rid of them properly instead of trying to filter out stuff that will continue to get sent...
