Stop Security Prompt in Outlook 2003

Hi Guys

We have a third party program that hooks into Outlook and sends email. Outlook 2003 keeps invoking this security dialogue prompting whether to send or not.

Does anyone have any information on preventing Outlook 2003 invoking this security dialogue box.

We have been through the publishing of the security template as a public folder but that didn't seem to help.

Is there a patch that we can install which will disable this.?
