I'm using access 2002, all updates applied.
the problem i'm having is with a footer level textbox on a report rounding values. the control source is =Sum([RawMinutes]) RawMinutes is a Double data type with 3 decimals. the data displays fine in the detail section, but is rounded up in the footer.
for example, here are 4 values: 5, 3, 3.267, 2.467
totaling (in un-rounded reality)13.734. what shows in the report is 14. where the problem lies is that this number is later summed and (potentially) rounded again.
does anyone know how to stop this rounding?

Right click on the text box in design view. Go to the format tab of the properties dialog. You should be able to set the number of decimal points there.

been there, done that, it's already set to 3. i've also tried using the format property set to fixed, standard, and general number, all with the same rounded result.
