stop receiving bootstrap using blat

We have noticed suddenly we're not getting the bootstrap email in yahoo account. So I manually created a bootstrap file and successfully send the file using blat, I checked the syntax in the 'Notifications' for bootstrap...

blat - -t bootstrap@hotmail.com -s "bootstrap
