Stop PSPBRWSE.JBF from being auto-refreshed

Every time the clocks change, all of my "pspbrwse.jbf" files get auto-refreshed. I am using the same version of PSP at work and this annoyance does NOT occur here. Please, how can I stop this from happening when we go back to Standard Time? [ponder]
