I have a report that consists of a Page Header, 3 group headers and footers, 1 detail section, and 3 Report Footers. There is a subreport in both Report Footer B and
Report Footer C. I want to repeat the Page Header for every page in the main report so I added OnLastRecord to the Suppression checkbox for the Page Header so that the Page Header does not print on the subreports. This works unless the last record is the only one on the last page of the main report. In this case, the Page Header does not print on that page. How can I work around this problem? Another issue that I'm having is that I want each subreport to begin on a new page. If I check New Page After, it puts a blank page in between the subreports. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which Crystal? I suspect your subreports have the [Keep Object Togther] option set. Right-click and [format subreport] to check.
