Does anyone know how to stop GroupWise 5.5 from attempting to send non-delivery reports back to invalid email addresses?
I have a GroupWise 5.5 SP5 server that is setup not to relay, but in the process it attempts to send email from the postmaster@mydomain.com to the attempted mail relay invaliduser@somedomain.com. Which will not deliver since it is not a valid email user or domain. So I receive 450 host down messages all day long.
I have modified the sys:\system\gwia.cfg to include the /badmsg-neither but it seems that GWIA continues to attempt to send the NDR back to the sender.
