One of the more wizzy and wonderfully undocumented features is that for agents (ie. those with a login code and forced login set), following a switch reset, the Delta server will try to return those agents back to their last known state before the reset.
Worth a try. Just needs the DeltaServer, doesn't have to be running SMDR/CBC/CCC.
It is meant for the CCC call center agents and it only works with a DeltaServer 5+.
If the connection DeltaServer <> IP Office has been broken too long then it will not work.
Can't you make the "Extension" match the user and disable the "Force Login" under the user's "Telephony" tab? We do that and if there is a matching extension number to the user, it automatically logs them in.
