Stop Leavers taking contacts with them.

my company have a contacts folder that holds info on ALL of our customers. Users access it through outlook, and we want to prevent them from taking the data home and using it, eg by Synchronising or copying the contacts to a local folder

Any ideas

Hello,

I assume you created this in public folders. Set Permissions on the Contacts Folder or directory store if you will. This will gray-out the copy contacts option when you right click on the folder.
