Stop IP phone from remembering last extension

We want IP phones to "lose" their memory of what was the last extension it was registered under whenever someone signs off the phone.

We have a hoteling area and it causes problems when users log off and the next user comes along to use the phone. Because we use a common password, it's too easy to log into the wrong extension.

We want to force users to have to type in both the extension and the password.

Any way to achieve this absent converting everyone to individual passwords?
