Stop from shifing when scrollbar appears. 1

I created the following site

When you click individual coverage under services provided the page shifts to the left
because the scroll bar appears.

I do not want the page shifting can anyone tell me what to do to keep the page from
shifting or so that it is not noticeable when the scroll bar appears.
