Can you assist me in this issue and tell me if my expectations are real?<br><br>the particulars....<br>NT4 Workstation w/SP5<br>system files on FAT<br>Toshiba Tecra 8100 w/128 MB<br>Error: STOP c000021a {Fatal System Error} ...... Beginning dump of physical memory<br><br>Details: I loaded a few small applications, edited the registry only to replace every instance of the individuals name that configured the system, and shut down the machine like normal. When I turned it back on I got the stop error.. After this,&nbsp;&nbsp;nothing else happens.<br><br>challenges: I do not have an ERD or Rdisk from this system.<br><br>I have another similar NT system I can use to transfer the registry or other files from the bad machine and make any necessary edits.<br><br>expectations/hopes: to get the system running again without reinstalling the applications and maintaining my user profile information.<br><br>Thanks in advance,<br><br>Mitchell Rose<br><A HREF="mailto:mdrslr@earthlink.net">mdrslr@earthlink.net</A>
 
do you have administrator rights on the computer?&nbsp;&nbsp;If not that is probably your problem.
