STOP C000021a - after change made in rights on system partition

Hi,

I made a change in the system partition, where I assigned administrators full rights and everyone refused all rights. The system starts no more with the blue screen message:

Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000022 (0x00000000,0x0000000)
The system has been shut down

I do not know what to do. Please Help!!!
