Stop: c0000218 {Registry File failure} The registry Cannot Load The Hive (File): \SystemRoot\System32\Config\Software Error


Is there anyway to fix this besides reloading the OS or doing a last known good configuration?

last know will not fix it. Your best bet is to replace the corrupt software with a new one on your repair folder. good luck
