Stop broadcasting CLI

This is a bit of a newbie question, but here goes. I need to block the system from broadcasting its number when making outbound calls. I would have guessed that this is done through COS on the trunk, however most options refer to inbound CLID.

im in the UK but we would use a digit mod to insert 141 - 141 is the code we use to withhold calls.
