Stop asking me for a password? (MS outlook 03)

I have an outlook account that everytime i open outlook, it asks me for the password. I dont need this anymore. Where is the setting that brings this up? On my other computers, I dont have a password. I dont want one on this outlook either.

How can I turn off password requirements?

Select Tools -> E-mail
Accounts menu option.

The "View or change existing e-mail accounts" item should be already selected. Click "Next".

Select the account you want to modify and click "Change".

In the next screen, click "Remember password" in the "Logon Information" section in the lower left corner.

Then click "Next" or "OK" as necessary to confirm.
