Stop Apache from getting out onto the net

Hello, I downloaded indigoperl which is an Apache/perl package.

Now I'd like to configure Apache so that it does not connect out to the inernet.
1. For security reasons.
2. My ISP does NOT allow servers.
3. I only need to use the server for localhost and NOTHING else.

Hi mate,

Just edit your httpd.conf to listen only to localhost.
