Hi Guys,
Normally i connect to my solaris servers using SSH from windows desktop using putty.
What is the equilent of STOP-A from windows?
Please help.

There is no equivalent of Stop-A when you are remotely connected, as it only works on the system console.

The only way you can do something similar remotely is if you have some kind of console emulator or terminal server, and the method will vary depending on which you are using.

For example, when connected via SSH to a Cyclades serial terminal concentrator you can enter the sequence <CR>~~break to send a 'break' to the serial console port, which has the same effect as Stop-A.
