Does anyone know what captured quantity is? Normally when we are entering the stock count this is equal to the on-hand quantity.

This time the user entered the counted quantity, and then there turned up a variance of -238 and a captured quantity of 643, with the correct on-hand quantity of 403 (we were out by 2)

I think the Captured Qty is the Oh Hand Qty when the Start Count Button on the count schedule is clicked. If you have qtys allocated on unposted trx it can distort the variance that gets posted.
