stmix SLES Upgrade Protection license 1

Hi all
We have ordered STMIX with license and attached our system number for sles license. But received without any license file. We added stmix module on system, appear license error on assistant dashboard "Not enough SUSE Update appliance licenses. ,,,,,,,,, Request new license file on CLS and activate it ". Any recommendation please

A new .lic file should be delivered along with the STMIX, i.e, the purchase price of the STMIX includes the addition SLES license needed. So you could download your license files from CLS if you have access, or request a new .lic from your service partner.
