We jsut repalced the main board on a T10000 drive (the board on the bottom that has the interfaces and such on it).

I am trying to test via VOP and am getting these error codes:

Make data tape failed with a 0xa724
Make Dump tape failed with a 0xa712

I also noticed this new board the encryption light is blinking green which indicates is been reset, this is confirmed through the VOP (states reset). The vendor who sold me the board said the drive would still be able to write unencrypted. Is this true? if not where can I get a board that is still the non-encrypted version?

Thank you in advance.

Correction... 0xa751

Oh and i looked at the firmware version and it lists it as R034.109 which seems real weird to me. When i load this drive into a library (l180 or L700) it says "Unknown device" where as I can take another T10000 drive and it will list it as a T1A, would this be an issue with the encryption, firmware, or what?
