STK L700 CAP open closed, and open again. 1

Hello Guys
Have a strange problem with my L700 CAP.
When i press "CAP A" the cap is normaly open and i put tapes into slots and press again "CAP A" for closed the CAP. When the CAP reached the closed position, the CAP go again in opened position.The red LED goes on, and on display have message "action needed" but no FSC code.
CSE had replaced the motor assy with switches and the problem is still present. After reset, the library works fine until i try to use the CAP again.

if someone have any idea i'm taker, thank in advance

I've had this same issue. Replacing the picker solved it.
