STK L40 error code 3111

Hi, we have an STK L40 which seems to fail on power up running a Proximity test with error 3111.
Any ideas anyone?

Fail 3111
The test for the proximity detector on failed.
Callout #1 Hand Assembly >90%
Callout #2 LLC Controller Card

Looks like you need to send the hand off for repair.

OK thanks. I have another unit here and I will try and see if I can swap the hand from one to the other.
