STK L20 TARGETING ERROR PROBLEM 1

I installed 1 LTO tape drive, then when I power on the library this message : targeting error problems comes on.
The error appears only when this tape drive is in the library. The LTO is a seagate and it has the lates firmware, so does the library.

Does the drive have the proper STK bezel with
library target installed?

Yes, The drive had the right bezel and target on it.
It seems that there was some problem with the drive it self. I when to the process of installing the firmware on the drive for second time and now it works fine.
