STK Hardware support

I am evaluating STK hardware support vs IBM hardware
support . The environment is ~8 RS6000's with external 2104
raid arrays and some ssa. Does anyone have good or bad experiences with STK hardware support for RS6000's ?

Are you referring to having STK provide hardware support for your RS6000's? I have dealt with STK when troubleshooting 9740 problems, they seem to do ok, but then again nobody knows IBM better then IBM!! :)
