Stk Files in Unchecked

Im running the latest version of mailsweeper but for some reason the security service fell asleep and 1500 emails got stuck in unchecked.

I found a lot of STK files that seem to be blocking it. After sorting it all out, I was left with 160 MSG and RCP files. When I started the security service back up it does not even check them and just creates STK files.

I had to move the MSG and RCP files into checked to get them flowing.. ANy ideas to why they get stuck and how to fix it?
