STK 9710 Theta Error

Hi - i am getting a Theta Error - INOP FSC #30B7 - any ideas on exactly what this means. is my robot arm requiring replacement? tapes are stuck in it when i open the door. Occurs when running an inventory on more than one tape - do not know if it will crash backups yet.
