Hi exACM,
When you leave a contact email address on this forum then you get a warning from the site admin. Do you have an entry in storagetek.me.uk? I am the last entry in the Southern Branch members list.
If that doesn't work then I'll think of something else.

You have a defective Hand 1 and need to swap it out

Remember the Library will not reinitialise in degraded mode so don't open the door until you are ready to replace the Hand.
