Hi guys,,, I am trying to do a simple task but can't find a way to do this... see below and let me know if there is a way to do this...

You are using the "IVR (1 Announcement)" element, these will only play once.

but if I choose IVR, there is no IVR script return available...

yes but you have to keep it mind that call automatically loop into the task flow.
We have achieve this by using a local variable that we increment each time we go into the IVR. Then we have a condition that check if the wait time is > to variable*60sec
 
ok, I like your idea
but what happend after 60 secs?
can you give me an idea how and where to put this variable?
I tried with a macre where I was checking time at every 60, 120, 180 but I never it the IVR back...
