still prompted even after clearing confirm action queries check box

To avoid being prompted when running a make table query, I have cleared all check boxes under "confirm" for record changes, document deletions and action queries. I have clicked the "apply button" and have restarted my computer.

However, I am still being prompted.

Why is that?
