To "remove" from #206, if I set it as "not assigned" does that remove it completely from Group Call Distribution? I have tried all the options that were suggested but still have the same problem. I assigned Group # 7 for VMS then my line # then 3=VMS cover...no luck. then, I removed it from #206(not assigned)...no luck. Under #208, the correct line and extension are assigned. I have #117 set to only 2 rings as well. When I call the line in question it just keeps ringing...not being picked up by the assigned extensions VM. Any other thouhgts?

Be sure that automatic vms cover (#310) is set to 1=assigned for each extension that should go to voice mail, and that you have a mailbox for that extension in voice mail programming.

Do you have the lines assigned to the extension whose mailbox is going to cover them, and do they have immediate ring?
