I am a new user to access. just got messing around with it and come up with a somewhat database to schedule ice hockey referees. I am trying to make a function that you can type in a referees name and then a list of games that referee has done will come up along with the amount of money he has made.

You could put a combo box on the form in which you input the data for each referee. Then you can select any referee's name from the combo box and jump to that person's record. The easiest way to set this up is to use the combo box wizard.
