Microsoft just came out with there beta vs of anti spyware! It works great. It is the only anti-spyware program that i have had success with! First off you have to have a legit vs. of windows. Then go to It will ask you if you are legit, etc and click continue!
once fully installed turn off system restore, and do a system scan! After it is done it is done! Click on the crap that says ignore b/c it is pop crap usually and select remove! After that delete them all which will take a while depending on how much crap you have! Then restart your comp and turn system restore back on and walaah no more spyware. Also if you dont have sp2 already (if your an idiot) then get all the updates, microsoft makes them for a purpose! You want to secure your comp as much as possible! Also allow real time from microsofts anti spyware to stop pop-ups!
