It looks like I followed all instructions to remove of all the comments and track changes info in the Word 2007 document:

- Click Prepare and select Inspect Document.
- The Document Inspector dialog box will appear.
- Check the Comments and Annotations checkbox.
- Review the inspection results.
- Click the Remove All button next to Comments, Revisions, Versions, and Annotations.
- Click the Close button.

However while I type something it appears in the underline and colored format.
After I had tried to get rid of the underline and color I get the comment"Formatted Underline" & "Formatted Underline Highlight"

What I am doing wrong and how to avoid it ?

Thank you!

Katrin

Removing all the tracked changes does not turn off change tracking. You must do that separately - Ctrl+Shift+E is the easiest way but you can use the button on the Reviewing tab on the Ribbon if you like.

Enjoy,
Tony
