I used my PC browser and logged on to an IP Phone.
I don't see any place there to add a key here is the menu:
Change User Password
Network
Settings
Gatekeeper Discovery
Gatekeeper
Show Voice QoS Values
Show Phone Configuration
Tasks
Delete phonebook
Log out

Thanks

Try to keep a common thread for similar queries rather than just opening up the new threads...

Hope you won't mind...

In order to be able to change the Programmable keys by the Web Server you first need to do the following.

1) Log on to phone using the default password
2) Change the User Password.
3) Log off.
4) Log onto the Phone using the New Password.

You will now have Menu Options: -
Phonebook
Calllist
Settings

Under Settings select

Programmable Keys

From here you can change the Keys.

Whether you have this option (to program keys through the web browser) or not depends on the firmware of the ip phone.
Don't know the exact release that made it possible. But maybe you should first update the phones with the latest firmware (application, boot, language and config files).
Boot version r4a with application r4f is sufficient.

You can view software release by pressing "C * 4".

make sure that ELU32 version is HW R6A SW R4F BEFORE you update the phone firmware.

Thanks for all your help.
Changing the pwd did it.
It looks like that most of the keys are fixed.
I have two phones:DBC 425 & DBC 422.
On the 425 I could program a speed dial on the vacant keys.
