Still can't get online with my adapter

Please help! This is what my computer settings look like.

Network Connections "Internet Connection" DISABLED

Wireless Network Connection "Connected to Linksys"
Signal Strength Excellent. The little computer lights, light up just the way they should and when I click on the little computer it shows everything should be working.

There are 2 Local Are Connections on top of the netgear, which say


Local Area Connection "Disabled" SIS 900 - Based PCI Fast Ethernet and Realtek RT1813 Family Pel Fast Ethernet "Disabled", but it seems that these two were disabled when i was using the netgear adapter, before i had to reformat my hard drive. I've tried to get help from netgear, but they aren't very helpful

Use "ipconfig /all" to check whether the computer is assigned correct IP, netmask, gateway and DNS servers. If not, have a look on this wireless adapter configuration help page.

check ip wireless network connection. change the wireless settings on the router....remove prefferd networks under wireless network connection properties...
