i downloaded data from wrds and store them in the form of SAS. when i try to use them, error is: data file is in a format native to another host or the file encoding does not match the session encoding. cross enviroment data access will be used, which reqkuire additiong cpu resources and reduce performance.

what shall i do?
thanks.

why not post some of that Wharton data on this site. We can then try and see how you would handle that example in SAS.
