Steps to Program Rollover to Another Extension and then to Voicemail 1

Scenario:

Phone rings in executive's office, if not picked up, rolls to his assistant and she answers call. If she doesn't answer it rolls back to his voicemail.

I need to take him off (he's moved to another department) of her phone and add a new executive with a different extension.

Not sure which loads/steps to use "newbie"

Print the TN of the executives set, you
should see the assistants DN in the listing.
Remove her DN from his TN. You use a X in front
of the DN, e.g. FDN X1234 to remove FDN 1234.
Then on the new Executives set enter the assistants DN
in the same place as it was on the previous
executives TN, e.g. FDN 1234.
