I have to change the names of many skillsets and applications. Is there an easy way to do this?
If not, has anybody done this before and has a list of everything that needs to be done?
Thanks

The easiest way to do this I think is to create new skillsets with the names you want and then add the agents as needed. Then copy the existing script for the application you want to change and paste it into a new script. Validate the script to make sure you didn't miss any code on the copy and then change your master script to reference the new application instead of the old. This way all of your old stuff will still be there in case you need to switch back for whatever reason.

LadySelena, your application names derive from your primary scripts. asascoman's advice will take care of that. Just remember, this will impact your reports, because you will have new applications and skillsets, so you'll need to combine the data from old and new.
