Steps needed to do a Cross Org /Forest Migration of E2K3

I need to migrate our exisiting E2K3 mail data and public folder s to a new forest and E2k3 Org.
I have a 2 way trust setup.
What is the best approach for doing the mailbox miration?
Our server is W2k3 SP2 & E2K3 SP2
New server in new forest/doman will be same.

Exmerge or Mailbox migration wizard?
Also I guess I have to instal. Identity Intergration Feature Pack to sync the 2 GAL's. The use InterOrg Rep tool for migrating public folders.

ALso use the outlook profile update tool also to migrate users mail profiles.

What would be the amount of time to do the migration?

130 mailboxes, 161 Public folder instances. 10 mailboxes above 2GB limit, none over 5GB.

ALso how would keep already migrated mailboxes up-to-date with incoming email(from internet)?
