step by step process for biztalk integration

Hi
I am new and i have learnt biztalk on my own.However i would like to know step by step process of how to integrate applications using biztalk.If someone has an idea of a tutorial which goes through the steps by taking a good example that would help me how to use biztalk and what objects to create first and so ; i would really appreciate that.
Any help towards this would be appreciated.

I hope you've found what you were looking for by now, but if not, the SDK that comes with BizTalk is an excellent resource for examples (VB and C++ though if you're looking for C# your pretty much in uncharted waters, though it can be done). In particular, look at the DirectIntegration (document submission) and BTSAppIntegration for examples on AIC (post-process integration). As a matter of fact, DirectIntegration is an excellent diagnostic tool that we use often.
