Stencil tooltip

Hi,
at work we're using Visio 2003. We have some custom made stencils with each stencil having up to 20 - 30 shapes on them. Now, every time you hover over a shape, that enoying tooltip pop's up.
Is there anyway to disable this? I've looked all over msdn and couldn't find anything even close to a solution.
