I have set the registry entry for ForegroundLockTimeout to prevent windows from stealing focus from the current window. For some reason, the value gets changed back to 0 after reboot. Is there some way to determine what is changing the registry value? Is there a way to change protect the value? Are there applications that are known to change this value (except things like TweakUI)?
