I just checked back in to Tek-Tips and realized that lots and lots of my old posts have bad references to code examples. They're bad because the websites where they were stored have gone away for one reason or another.
My main website is http://frankclarke.dx.am/ and there are hotlinks from there to both old and new code examples that may be found useful, including to my blog http://rexxpertise.blogspot.com/.
If you can't find a snippet mentioned in an old post because the website has vanished, you can probably find it via the above. As I am largely if not completely retired now, if the new ones can't be found, you're on your own.
