Status shows 49%- Failed to backup - HELP

Hi,
Backups could not complete, the job status shows 49% and no activities for several hours - I have this problem for last two weeks and backup account have admin privilege in the w2k domain.

ARCServe for Windows 2000 Version 7.0 (Build: 1100) Arcserve SP 4.

Hi,

I take it this job is backing up the local server, and the last file it had trouble with was an Access database.

Right-click the job and select properties to see what file the job is actually trying to process. Sometimes the job hangs trying to back up the ARCserve\TEMP folder.

When you find out where it's hanging, try running the backup again, excluding that particular resource and see how you get on...
